Ritzy ERP Pricing: Pay Per User for the Lines You Run

What does Ritzy ERP cost? Until now the answer started with a phone call. From today the prices are on the website, on each module card on the homepage: a monthly price per user for Accounts, and one for each operating module with Accounts included. You take the lines your business runs, and that is the subscription.

Accounts, the Core of Every Subscription

Accounts is AUD 40.50 per user / month, excl. GST. It is the multi-currency accounting core every module posts into, with quotations and purchase orders and the dashboards — so there is no separate accounting package to buy. Every module comes with it.

Then the Lines You Run

Each operating module is priced per user, per month, excluding GST, with Accounts included in the price:

• Cargo, with Accounts — AUD 60.30 per user / month, excl. GST
• Liner, with Accounts and Container Tracking — AUD 56.70 per user / month, excl. GST (needs Cargo)
• Marine Agency, with Accounts — AUD 56.70 per user / month, excl. GST (needs Cargo)
• Warehousing, with Accounts — AUD 54.00 per user / month, excl. GST (needs Cargo)
• Inland Transport, with Accounts — AUD 51.30 per user / month, excl. GST (needs Cargo)
• Shipchandling, with Accounts — AUD 51.30 per user / month, excl. GST (needs Cargo)
• Inventory & Trading, with Accounts — AUD 56.70 per user / month, excl. GST
• Real Estate, with Accounts and Holiday Homes — AUD 56.70 per user / month, excl. GST
• CRM, with Accounts — AUD 51.30 per user / month, excl. GST
• Payroll, with Accounts — AUD 48.60 per user / month, excl. GST

Liner, Marine Agency, Warehousing, Inland Transport and Shipchandling all work from the cargo job, so they need Cargo alongside them. Inventory & Trading, Real Estate, CRM and Payroll stand on their own: a property company or a trader with no freight at all takes Accounts and its own lines, and nothing else.

Inventory & Trading is the newest of them. The stock, purchasing and sales line that Ritzy Comfort runs on the desktop is now a module on the web, with the Ritzy Stores phone app for the storekeeper’s receiving, transfers and stock counts.

What Every Subscription Includes

• The Accounts core, whichever operating modules you run.
• Every update. Every release, patch and new module reaches you as it ships — there is no separate maintenance contract to renew.
• Support by phone, chat and email from 10am to 10pm AEST, with 24/7 cover for anything critical.
• The phone apps for the modules you run.
• Phone users don’t take a seat. Tenants, drivers, collectors and employees on the phone apps are not counted as users. You pay for the people at the desk.

What Is Quoted Separately

Implementation, set-up and training are charged separately and quoted for your business, because they depend on the modules you take and the size of your team. Ritzy ERP runs on your own Windows or Linux server; if you would rather we ran the server, Ritzy Cloud hosting is available and quoted separately too.
