What is changing is that we are building a new web and mobile interface on top of the platform — with built-in artificial intelligence. We are bringing Ritzy to the browser, to your phone, and to a world where your ERP can answer questions, surface insights, and help you make decisions faster than ever before.

Why We Are Doing This

Our customers told us three things:

A Smooth Transition, Not a Disruption

We are not starting from scratch. The new web interface grows alongside the existing desktop application. Both share the same data, so your team can use whichever interface suits them.

• No cutover day — the web interface rolls out module by module while the desktop keeps working exactly as it does today.
• All your data carries over — twenty years of transactions, master records, and configuration move to the new platform with full verification.
• Desktop stays available — for users who prefer it, the desktop application remains fully functional.

What Is Coming

We are rolling out the web platform in phases, starting with the modules our customers use most:

• Shipping — job management, customer records, and the full logistics workflow from quotation to final invoice.
